Pedro at the lake grove store was extremely polite and respectful- he did not pressure me nor did he hound over my shoulder. For that he earned his commission.
Finally found the perfect sofa and loveseat. After having looked everywhere else (even Raymour & Flanigan), we came back to look through their extensive showroom. The consultant was so helpful, understood what we were looking for, and pointed us to a few new options. One was the perfect fit! We got a discounted price, and the delivery is in 2 days!

I am happy with my entire purchase experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable and professional and the mattress was delivered next day. I received a call the night before with a 3 hour window as to when it would be delivered and the driver called to let me know when they were 15 minutes away. Everyone was efficient and professional.

Gregg M***** was my salesman. He immediately greeted me by name when I returned to the store a second time. He even remembered some of the items we had previously discussed and why I had chosen certain pieces. He was extremely helpful, friendly and patient as I questioned some of my previous decisions. He was never pushy (I do not like a pushy salesperson). I would rate Gregg the highest of ratings. Thank you from both Me & my Mom for helping me choose mom's furniture.. oh and making it easy to do so!!
