I purchased the leather futon and they delivered it. The delivery men were professional, and the quality of the futon was perfect for me in every respect. I had not received such quality care and merchandise from any other furniture store. Thank you.

I have been shopping for a mattress at several places not finding anything I liked at a reasonable price, stopped at Raymour & Flanigan bought a very comfortable mattress and adjustable base under my budget. I should have shopped here first. Lina at the Brookfield store is great , honest and no nonsense.

Saidmalik A was phenomenal he helped me through the whole process for 4 months and when the couch finally did come and was too big within 10 minutes he called his manager and let me exchange it. I come to this location just for him and I’d also like to thank his manager John A. Phenomenal customer service much better than the one on the Roosevelt BLVD
