Walked into raymour & Flanagan & we were greeted & offered any help. We were sent to the 2nd level to find the bed railing needed. The other salesperson tried to assist, then pointed us to the same salesman who initially greeted us. He assisted us in making the right purchase for our needs. He then walked us to make the purchase. He never rushed us even though the purchase was small in cost & the store was about to close.
I will call R and F very soon, we are moving so things are chaotic now. Without provocation the delivery man said, you remind me of my 5 the grade teacher and I have grand kids. Some sales/ delivery people are rude, some have reached their saturation point, and dome are both. I did not appreciate my *******expensive mattresses coming inside a plastic bag with holes that he let drop to the ground, I did not like showing the sales person the bed I just bought from R&F and she said the adjustable bed could go right into the sla... read more

Salesman was awesome helped us with all our needs...my only complaint is a week earlier I spent 4000 on furniture and they sent me a coupon,but when I wanted to use my coupon on my next 5000 purchase the sales manager told me to read the fine print that I couldn’t use it on my ******-***** mattress I was buying.i explained to him I’m spending 10000 in your store within two weeks and he couldn’t cut 250 bucks off from a coupon they sent me.all I got was im sorry but no. Other then that everything was great...
