This was my first time in your new Kingston, NY store and I was so impressed. I was greeted by Ron S******. He told me to feel free to look around and if I had any questions he would be around. Then he left me to brouse, which I greatly appreciated! He only approached me when he saw I was having some trouble with a recliner in a sofa. He showed me that I wasn't pulling hard enough to make it work. Found what I wanted to see online. Stopped in to see it for myself, seen it paid for it and out. No one tried to up sale or push to see other items. Staff was very friendly
