If I could give it a zero I would. I purchased a leather sofa and October 2018 and it already looks terrible. I also purchased a protection plan and of course it wasn't covered under it. I always have the sofa covered so the material should not have degraded -- especially to that point. Can't find any help!

I am beyond upset with the customer service I’ve been receiving. I ordered a specialty item which I was told would take 2-4 weeks to be shipped to their warehouse and then an additional week to be delivered to me. I’m going on 5 weeks and my sofa is still not at the their warehouse and dates keep getting pushed back. I’ve called, sent messages and called the customer service number and no one seems to have answers for me. No representatives have been helpful. I have not been able to speak to the right person in a week in regards to a refund. Customer service is horrible been on the phone every day for over 2 hours trying to speak to customer service.

I had the worst experience with this company. The management at the warehouse is NJ is very unprofessional and put me on hold without even telling me because i was fustrated about my delivery and the fact that they came a different time from what my delivery time was and i was not home. No compassion and very nasty. I thought customer service should be number one for all business.

I financed a desk on 4/20/20. Was given notice within 24 hours that my order was processed and product would arrive within 5-10 days of placing the order and that and email with tracking information would be received when the item ships. I started calling to follow up last week. I have spoke with 2 people after jumping through hoops to get to them. Less than two years and the five years warranted couches are all discolored..! Please don’t believe their salesperson. Their warranty is waste of money. Better go for cheaper option as you can change if they get damaged or discolored.

I was given a delivery windo for a couch forn 1 to 4 , here is like 4 had to call and find out ehats going on the call as soon as I called store and they said they were gona be 35 min late ,wow nice customer service. I had bought several items and they always late ,you figuere for the delivery charge they would at least call and tell u they r running behind , people have stuff to do ,very unprofessional and poor customer service to remind u is a 1000 dollar couch ..

Great customer service. Horrible $629.00 mattress set; Serta perfect sleeper queen town house. Permanently dented and sloping from my body in the first 2 months and horrible sound from springs boinging every time I move. Seriously??? Disgusted!!! I‘d just moved here from Houston into an empty house and was in a hurry for a mattress lest i end up sleeping on the floor. Hindsight, I should’ve slept on the floor. At least it’s firm and quiet. Do not I repeat do not buy this mattress.

I will never ever buy from them again. Spent several thousand dollars on a leather sofa sectional. After only a few months the color has rubbed off and the supports in the seat are broken so you sink in when you sit down. Bought the platinum protection. They are very rude when you call to get an appointment to have the furniture repaired. They came and spray painted the couch and added foam to the seat which did not fix anything.
