The store employees are helpful at this location however, the repair/service department is HORRIBLE lately. They lie about showing up for appointments thereby forcing customers to accept NEW appointments to resolve the issues!!!! This is really low-class service. Coming to Philadelphia from New York I find businesses here to lack pride. My first two experiences with Raymour & Flanigan was AWESOME! Now - as of my last two experiences —HORRIBLE!

I would not recommend purchasing any items from Raymour and Flanagan. They have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any company I have ever done business with. I ordered a 5 piece sectional couch and ended up only keeping 3 pieces. I simply want to see the breakdown of my bill to be sure I am being charged correctly since I sent two pieces back. Their online billing system is terrible. There is no where to find the items listed on your billing statement. They do their billing through ** Bank and there is absolutely no one to help ... read more

I have purchased multiple things from raymour & flanigan throughout the years. I ordered a king mattress, king platform bedframe, and two nights stands in September 2020. The mattress was in stock and the rest was out of stock until late November. The mattress arrived first nice and promptly no problems with the mattress at all. I am a long time Raymour & Flanigan customer and have always recommended the store to my friends and family...who have also shopped for many items at the store. My nearest store is in Jersey City Rt 440. I have never been disappointed in the service, nor have i complained EVER! Even during times of delivery delays especially in the midst of this pandemic, i remained patient and positive, but now i think i have had it! I purchased matress, box spring, sleigh bed. The sales lady was great the store in Yonkers NY was Awesome. However the Cooperate office for warranty is the worst, fantasia and her Manger Carleen never return phone calls and just lie. The box spring and matress has a defect . I purchased items in July. I been in hold for hours . Claiming the box spring is not defective. I purchased several pieces of furniture totaling over $5,000 in October and am still waiting for the mirror to be assembled for one of the bedroom sets. Since then, I've had a delivery service four times, and still no proper tools to attach the mirror. Purchasing a mattress from Raymour & Flanigans in Secaucus NJ, or in any location, was the worst thing I’ve could’ve done. The sales person did not inform us about any of their policies and legal notes as he was trying to make a quick sale. Promised us a promotion and that a certain delivery request would be honored. After we purchased the mattress, he quickly stated he cannot honor the discount and gave us an ultimatum, in which everything would’ve been for nothing. I purchased a bed online 11/28/2020 in the amount of $1,090, online said bed would be back in stock on 12/8/2020, the online in stock date changed 3 times since i purchased the bed. I called on 12/15/2020 to see the status of my purchase. the RUDE customer service chick MELANIE made me really cancel my order she had to be from my local store because they asked for my zip code and she stated "its not like you came in the store". she was rude, condescending, and over talking a customer. Ordered a pullout sofa on October 1st with the website stating it would take 4-6 weeks. after 5 weeks and not hearing anything, we contacted customer support and they told us it should arrive by December 12th. We made contact again on December 9th and we were told it was pushed to January 31st. After going through all this with out any contact from their end to even let us know there would be delays, we decided to cancel the order. And honestly can't see how a business can even run like this.
