I first started my order online with them. I ordered 2 split queen mattress and box spring. Ordered for next day delivery. Was contacted by 2 departments and said it was not stock and i said i wanted to cancel and would go to the store. They informed me over the phone i would have to cancel in the store. I went to the springfield pa location and a random sales man helped canceling the order and redid a new order. Raymour and flanigan are a scam. I bought the Platinum protection and they said they were going to replace anything if it got scratched or broke. a table was four and a half years old and I asked her a replacement and they said that they couldn't because the table was no longer in stock. well that's not my fault. They said that I could pick out another table but none of the tables are in that price range so I have to pay the difference which is a big difference. The most incompetent & unprofessional sales team and managers I have ever dealt with. Sales team (Renee) will lie to get the sale, and manager will make you go to court to honor their word. Apparently once their drivers drop off your furniture like it's a ups delivery all sales are final regardless of any issues. Absolutely astonishing how crooked the Watertown store is run.

I purchased a bedroom set from the Liverpool store online with Collin B. I went into the Central Ave store on 02/20/21 paid in full for the bedroom set. I also purchased a Queen size mattress, 2 nightstand lamps. My order was delivered on 03/08/21. I noticed the dresser draws were not closing properly. Ordered living room and dining room furniture. Items have chipped or ripped in less than a year. Requested replacements and they sent damaged replacements. They have also scheduled deliveries without me knowing about them. Horrible service as well as quality of furniture. STAY AWAY.

We bought the bedroom set from a local store here in Iselin. First of all we had a very bad experience with outright racist treatment from one of the store associates while we were taking a look at the bedroom sets. After complaining regarding the same we got another associate to help us out. We ended up buying a new bedroom set. The problems only started to mount from there on. The sales representative and manager on staff when I purchased the furniture fed nothing, but lies to make the sale! I was told part of my order was due to be in stock the next day. The sales representative showed us her i pad displaying the date the furniture was expected in the warehouse, which was knowingly false all to get the sale. Once sale was signed for we were informed it would actually be a week. Then a week passes. Now were on two weeks. We purchased *** **** Dining Set on March 6th. On April 20th the set we received had the wrong color chairs they were green instead of tan and the table was dark brown almost black instead of cherry wood with beautiful designs in wood.
