The service and quality was a horrible trickery experience I reached out about warranty was force to wait 30 days to exchange boxspring and no one reached out to me only when warranty expired I will never ordered from Raymour & Flanigan and horrible customer service mattress was suppose to be pillow top false advertising

In May, my husband and I went to the Raymour and Flanigan on Richmond Ave in Staten Island. We found a couch and chair, both electric recline. We asked the sales person if our old couch would be taken away. She stated "yes, you will get 'white glove' service. We will take your furniture and put it by your curb". While we were still in the store speaking to the sales person, my husband scheduled sanitation to come May 22 to pick up our old furniture, since delivery of the new furniture was May 21st. Lovely experience as long as I was buying something. Terrible experience when trying to resolve an issue. I originally went into the store for a bracket for an adjustable frame (purchased at R&F) to a headboard (also purchased at R&F). While waiting for information about whether the conversion could be accomplished, I SHOPPED (my mistake). Well, I am three (3) days in without my bed being assembled but two (2) sets of people here. I bought a recliner at Raymour & Flanagan, not a cheap chair, $800. I was sold a Platinum protection plan that bumped the price 20%. “Everything’s covered, tied to your phone number, just call with any concerns, we will be linked to your account, very easy to use.” The day it was delivered I called. The chair was very uncomfortable, it was nothing like the one at the store. I seemed to be at a odd angle. I’m disabled with back issues, listing to one side puts pressure on my spine. Hello To future buyers, I bought a kitchen island set table back in 2019 end of the year. The table started to peal from the wood like finish. Now , I bought the premier plan to protect myself of this issue. I had it four 3 -4 months as my surprise it stated to peal . Call CS to have someone to come and fix. it took 4 hrs with magic marker and spray. OMG was horrible smell. Than again and than the pamdemic hit. Worst Service!!!! headquarters dont give you any solution neither the managers at the showroom. They sell the stuff they dont have and dont even know when will you get it.

I bought nearly $5,000 worth of furniture at the East Brunswick location. I was told by the saleswoman that my old mattress would be taken away for free by the delivery guys when my new mattress was delivered. However, they would not take it! They said the old mattress had to be in "like new condition" for them to take it. Why on earth would I buy a new $1,300 mattress if my old one was like new?
