I must start by saying that trying to do business with Raymour and Flanigan (R&F) has been a nightmare. We purchased a bedroom set and mattress, buffet and hutch combo and four stool chairs on 12/4/20. The salesperson said they will deliver everything by the third week in January. 3rd came and went. They showed up about the end of the 4th week. When they started putting together the bed they realized the footboard and the buffet/hutch combo were missing. That's the beginning of our dilemma. We ordered a couch that was promised to us in late February, early March. When it did not arrive, and we received no communications that it would be late, I called. I was told we wouldn't receive it until early April. No, I said, that's no what we were promised when we gave you $2,200. I went into the store and bought a mattress, cover sheet, an adjustable base, and a fireplace media console. I was fine with the mattress, cover sheet, and adjustable base, but the media console is what I have a problem with. I was told that it had a built-in speaker, but it does not. It only has a big black box above the fireplace. When the media console arrived, the workers scratched my floor. They refused to put the felt chair glides on the bottom. I have been trying to order the ******** 6-pc. Microfiber Power-Reclining Sectional Sofa w/ Storage couch since January and my delivery date kept getting pushed back so I canceled the order. I’ve been checking RF website every day to see if there have been any changes, and on March 11, 2021, against my better judgment, I placed the order because the website said Delivery by March 15th. I purchased a sofa 9/29/20. The expected back in stock date was late October. It was not in stock in October. I proceeded to be very patient with this company due to back order. I contacted them several times via chat because trying to get someone on the phone was a joke. The automated system would kick back to beginning every time you tried to get delivery details. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD BUYING ANYTHING EVER. They took over a month to deliver 2 damaged items. Trying to get someone to help me fix the situation was impossible. Everyone speaks to you like you’re 8 years older. Had to cancel my order that I waited 5 weeks for. The furniture isn’t anything special either. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle. Use a different company.

I had a great experience in-store with the salesperson, but I am so bothered by the fact that R&F markets and pushes "free next day delivery" on their mattresses when I bought my mattress 4 days ago and it has yet to arrive. At the store we were told it was going to arrive tomorrow, as we were finalizing the purchase, an employee told us it will actually be 2 days as the mattress is in another state, that wasn't a problem (when in reality, the salesperson should have double-checked this before pushing free next delivery on u... read more

I purchased an adjustable base for my *********** mattress ... *********** gets 5 stars, Raymour and Flanigan get a big fat zero. I will never purchase another item from them ... EVER! First, they came to my house with a ******* headboard attachment kit ($54) instead of a *********** headboard kit ($24). Two guys spent more than an hour trying to jimmyrig that kit to my base.
