I ordered a sectional in November of 2020. I reached out to Raymore and Flanigan at the end of March to find out what the status was with my couch. I was told the company that makes the couch had trouble with the material I ordered. Maybe I would get it sometime in April. So far no communication from them. I will never do business with them again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Raymour & Flanigan. Especially the **** Flatbush Ave location. When purchasing everyone was so friendly, willing to assist. 24hours after my furniture delivered I noticed the drawers were difficult to open. One on the bottom was broken and the another one was difficult to close. I called the store and the Customer Service Rep told me that the next repair wasn’t until two weeks. I attempted to make a payment on my account, initially was told I couldn't without a statement. I found my statement called back, made a payment for $1000.00 and when I asked for a receipt I was advised I couldn't get one. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was advised I was speaking with a supervisor. I then said I thought it was absurd I couldn't get a receipt for my payment and I was hung up on. I attempted callback and the phone was not answered.

I ordered four bedroom furniture pieces and payed for delivery service. For starters, the bed was not mounted correctly. My husband and I had to fix it ourselves. The inside of the dressers were stained with finger prints. I looked passed all this but had to contact them because one of my dressers was delivered broken in the back. The first time they came to replace it they brought the wrong dresser. The second time they came to replace it, the brought the wrong dresser again. Raymour and Flanigan were selling furniture that they didn't have to deliver, and didn't know when they would be able to get. However, all they told customers was that things were delayed 2 months due to covid. Most people don't mind waiting 2 months. What they did NOT tell you was that the 2 months was the estimate-of-the-day from the manufacturer, which slid month by month, for several months. They took full payment up front, but did NOT divulge that it was an unlimited open-ended order with no way to get a commitment for ... read more

I purchased 2 bedroom sets from Raymour & Flannigan on Nov. 15, 2020. These were scheduled to be initially delivered on Dec. 30. I was notified that a dresser was damaged and could not be delivered. The delivery was then changed to Jan. 28, 2021, on the day of the scheduled delivery, I was notified that the dresser was still missing from the order, I declined to accept the partial delivery. I spend thpusands of dollars and they said one of my items wasnt in but would be in a few days. On that day no one called. I called the next day,thursday, they said it would be in the following day, friday. Friday comes and goes no one calls. I call saturday they say not till the 7th which is 11 more days away. Then the manager who handled my sale in the first place calls that afternoon and says my item wont be in until the 10th but they have an upgraded version of the same one if I pay an extra $150.
