Purchased a couch from this store on 11/14/2020. My partner and I were told it would be delivered by mid-December because COVID help up the manufacturing supply chain. Referencing the West Springfield, MA store. Ordered a leather couch set in 2016 and got the Platinum protection package which expires in December 2021. Our loveseat broke. I called to inquire about a service to fix it. They asked me to send photos via email. I did. Never heard back. I contacted customer service. They said they would have the store call me. Never did. The worst place to order a mattress from. I placed a order last week and was told the mattress will arrive next day. Also advertised as per there website. 8am in the morning next day get a phone call sorry the mattress sent to the warehouse was the wrong mattress. Also the pillow was sold out waiting on order. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a bed frame from them, and paid extra for the extended warranty. The footboard came in broken, and while I figured it might take a bit longer to get the issue resolved, I was not prepared for the run around they gave me. I tried calling their customer service many times, their hold times are long and their call back system is a joke and you never actually get a call back. I have been waiting on an order since Jan 5, 2021 and this furniture store has not given me the curiosity to inform me of anything it is Feb 23,2021 still no recliner. Now I’m being told March 3rd . And if you don’t call yourself you never will find out. I would never purchase from them again. This pandemic has not stopped the service of other reputable furniture companies.
Ordered $4000 couch and chair from Raymour and Flanagan in Farmingdale, NY. One week after delivery the couch recliner is stuck in the recline position. Called salesman and he told us to call store. Stores immediate response is that they will send service out in a week. I explained that I don't want my new couch repaired I want it replaced. Terrible service, the couch i ordered broke as soon as i sat on it, now trying to get it fixed/ refunded has been a nightmare, i cant reach anyone. My advice DO NOT buy from Raymour and Flannigan
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RAYMOUR & FLANNIGAN. And I say this because I have had a worse buying experience with this company than I ever have with any other company in my life. Once the furniture is dropped off, there are no returns, no fixes, no repairs and no customer assistance. This should have been a red flag. What they delivered was lower quality than what we saw in the showroom. When we called asking for help, they cited their policy of no returns once delivered. We even paid the extra $300 for the extended protection plan, which covers nothing. We spent $3,700 total and have already ordered new couches from a more reputable company.
