Extremely dirty rooms. Broken beds. Lack of training for employees. Security opened our room door without knocking when I was getting out of shower at 1.30 am after front desk gave our room to other people. Worst management in any hotel I had been. General manager told us we were exaggerating things, and we were so dramatic.

Pésima limpieza, muy muy sucio, habitaciones viejas y sobretodo muy sucio, nos toco que no hicieran el servicio de limpieza y cuando se les preguntó, solo dijeron que las personas encargadas no se encontraban, nunca limpian por atrás y por debajo de las camas y muebles al igual que el piso, el pequeño refri está con comida de huéspedes anteriores y no la sacan, huele a viejo y sucio, cero recomendable, los visite de Mexico pero no regreso a este hotel
RecommendedThis was our third visit to the hotel. Always a wonderful stay !! Great amenities and just a few minutes from the major theme parks. Took our son to Disney World for his 10th birthday. Had a wonderful time. Thank you Ramada Kissimmee gateway !!
