We love staying here Christina is a great manager but there is a blonde who has given my mom the hardest time and has upset her I’m waiting to here on her name but I don’t think her attitude is very professional if your going to scream at someone and talk down to them as she did ... I would like compensation we are staying 4 nights possibly adding a 5th but really upset
I will never stay here again... so many things was wrong on so many levels. I just don't know where to begin. (Overhaul)...very disappointed.
If I could give this hotel a 0 I would. Checked into our room after full day at the parks, and we discovered the sheets and comforter had sticky candy stuck to them. Sheets were clearly not washed nor was the room cleaned. There was a large, half dead bug and stains on the floor. The ceiling in the bathroom had black mold and squished flies on it. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
El hotel está muy sucio llegue hoy para empezar voy a la bañera y estaba con Masó de pelo las toallas sucia el piso asta con sorbeto de café llama al frente y no lo cojen el fin estaba super sucio le doy un 2 por la ubicación del hotel �� despue lo cojieron y lo único que dijeron que se Ibán a segura que mañana estuviera limpió este es el primer hotel que veo en esta situación vengo a disfrutar y esto es lo que me encuentro
Stayed for a week. Iron was cracked and not working when we arrived. Refrigerator in room did not work correctly (froze everything) for 4 days. Was told it would be replaced. It did not. Spoke to front desk for a 4th time. (4th day) Maintenance guy came to room and was the rudest person you could ever meet. Told me I have to much stuff in it. Not the case. And walked out. Keys quit working every other day and needs to be reset. Room needs a spring cleaning.
Had an event there, I was just apart of it. Did not direct it. But the event was supposed to start at 11am. We got there at 9am to set things up for the event and the room wasn’t even set up. Chairs were still stacked all over the room, the stage wasn’t even put together and there was trash all over the floor. Didn’t even look like they had vacuumed. It was disgusting. But we had got ahold of the banquet people which set it up super fast and the event was able to start on time. But stress levels were off the charts hoping it... read more
