Between the roach motel to groupons putting us in the wrong town for my granddaughters ball tournament I would say along with the other people that was in line to want their money back once you saw what you get no coffee pot no microwave roaches I could go on. I won’t be satisfied till I get a refund
We had a small get together and every 5 minutes we were told to be quiet because it was 10:00pm and we weren’t even the ones making noise. Worst venue ever. Will NEVER be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My husband and I stay here every year. Perfect location if you want to go to any of the parks. Surrounded by many restaurants and shopping areas. We love the heated pool, clean rooms, and friendly staff. We recommend this hotel to all friends and relatives visiting this area.
Had a wonderful time !! Very friendly service and clean ...The General manager Andrew Schiavone personally came around to ask how my stay was going and if I needed anything!! The pool and court yard was delightful!! Great rates and only minutes from all major attractions... can’t ask for better place for your next vacation!! This was my second visit and I look forward to next time !! Thank you Ramada gateway kissimme for a wonderful stay !
I called to get the heater fixed and no one ever came. The check in person was ok. The restaurant worker used the clean plates from one table that had customers eating and put the plates on another table for use. That is just straight nasty. He didn't know whether they had coughed on the plates or not�
There were 2 hairs in the floor of my bathroom, but I too have head hairs. I’m not the one to freak out about that. The staff was friendly, the rooms are a little dated, but more than enough for a good price. We plan to return.
I really did not want to have to write this review but after the craziest experience at a hotel ever and still no adequate resolution after speaking to everyone at this hotel that I could I am left without any other options and must alert fellow travellers as I would want to be alerted.�� We booked an 11 night stay at the Ramada. Very nice place. Clean and staff are so friendly. Pool is great and clean. Close to everything
when we first checked in and got into our room and went to have a shower only to see hair all over the tub still, then as my boyfriend and i were laying in bed we had a cockroach crawl across the bed. we went to let manager know and she was not helpful to say the least, saying that we had other options of hotels if we didn't want to stay here. Would not EVER stay here again!
