Locked out of our room with a dog and stuff inside ,bug inside cups and on floor that was not cleaned ,no clean bath towels for at least 3 days didn't change the bed for 3 days (tried to hide it by making up the bed which they didn't do for the first day ) didn't clean the trash cans out and left trash bags out in the hot sun ,tried to get a pop didn't work when dad tried it worked but was hot on the last day we got locked out after having to pay extra for a day and pet even tho we booked for 5 with dog and stuff still insid... read more
Worst place ever !! Very rude magnament . I honestly don't recommend this place at all.
Please believe all of the negative reviews you read about this poor excuse for a hotel. I did not and found out the hardway. We had a two queen bed room. The bed my children would have been sleeping in had a HUGE bloody stain once we pulled the sheets back. Did housekeeping forget to clean this room?? HOW dooo you miss that?? Called the front desk and they sent someone up to change the sheets. That's it. The room smelled humid and Odd. The carpet was full of stains. Almost was scared to walk around barefoot. I'm reading everyone's bad reviews on here and asking myself "Are they staying at the same hotel I am?!" The staff was super friendly and helpful, upon arrival my fiancé upgraded our room and the young lady behind the desk put us on the top floor so that we had the most gorgeous view! We were lucky enough to have windows on two sides of the room, I truly feel as if we had the best room in the whole place. The pool was fun, family friendly. We stayed at the ramada in May and could not fault our stay. All the staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful with requests before we arrived. Went out of the way to make our Florida stay magical. Will definitely return on our next trip. Location for Disney is ideal.
Omg, I loved my stay. Booked the whole weekend but had to cut my trip short.
Stayed her the last 3 yrs on the run nice hotel rooms are well equipped comfortable I have stayed in plenty of hotels in this area and this is by far the best . I'm at this hotel now and for the next 10 days I go out of my way to book this hotel staff are lovely Carnt do enough for you I would 100% recommend this hotel I traveled all the way from Liverpool England
