Recommendednice staff clen rooms beds are a little hard but it's a hotel

Para ser un hotel sencillo estaba muy limpio, el trato muy amable, en la próxima oportunidad que tengamos, regresaremos aquí.
The room was in need of repair. Would not catch me using the iron or ironing board. Killed roaches in room each night. Dead roaches all over behind furniture...complained to front desk, told room would be cleaned up...it wasnt. Talked to front desk upon check out again...and told we could have a free breakfast and sorry. Because room was prepaid in full, they wouldnt offer a discount or refund of a night....nothing.
Love the beautiful place but the room floor wasn’t the cleanest and the shuttle hours aren’t good. The pool area is beautiful and great restaurant (tho no free breakfast). Great access to Walmart as well.
Me hospedei durante 9 dias enquanto passeava pelos parques de Orlando, me surpreendi muito com o hotel. Atendimento excelente, quarto limpo todos dias, vários restaurantes bons bem próximos, Walmart enorme praticamente no estacionamento do hotel, além de bem próximo dos parques da Disney. Gostei muito do hotel e espero voltar a me hospedar lá em breve
It is rundown, carpet with large black stains & hole in bathroom door frame. They had us check in at Radisson Inn then had us transfer to the Ramada Inn without providing transportation expecting us to walk a good distance in heavy traffic with our luggage, so we had to call Lyft to pick us up which we had to pay for.
Absolutely loved my stay...Clean Rooms..Great Staff and All Around Amazing Atmosphere...If you are looking for a great room near Disney or for any reason at all I totally recommend staying here!!!!!
