BED BUGS!!!! Yuck!!!!!! My husband and I stayed in room 494 and woke up with BED BUG BITES!!! The room was gross from the beginning but after a day in Disney we were so tired. We woke up to BED BUG BITES and when we called the front desk they were not helpful or surprised!!! YUCK!!
Recommendedclean tidy rooms two pools, a bar and restaurant. Lots of local places within walking distance as well. Highly recommended this is the second time we have stayed here on holiday.

Recommendedchecked in with Terri and she was super nice. Great hotel. We've stayed here many times, probably about 6 or 7 times and are coming back in November. Rooms are a little dated but always super clean. Same as the pool area.....spotless. Nice deli selling pizzas, hot dogs, ice cream etc. Very handy. And the restaurant is super clean too. Great location for most things like theme parks, shops etc. Walmart right around the corner.
Recommendedmy friend and I took my son for his birthday..had an incredible weekend. very kid/family friendly. staff was sooo great. awesome location. close to everything. they offer shuttle to parks..walking distance to great stores and restaurants. will definitely be back.
Disgusting rooms. Stayed in March and glad it was just for one night. Didn’t even want my daughter to use the bathroom. Room was gross and old. Serious updates are needed, I’d rather spend a little more than to stay at this dump.
