Poor customer service . The lobby is too warm and noisy. There are only 2 reps and too slow to process registration
Hårda sängar, lite ruffig känsla. Väldigt mycket oväsen utanför nattetid. Hotellet ligger i ett sämre område. Maten i restaurangen gick knappt att äta och personalen var förvirrad och otrevlig

We stayed here in the towers for 4 nights on our trip to Disney Dec.27th-31st and all I have to say is it was the best hotel I've been to~ Staff and their employees were super awesome,friendly and helpful..right from the start with check in to the time we checked out.Restaurant food and service were great,gift shop attendants were sweet and friendly.If your looking for a hotel with great price~ this is the place,close to Disney is a plus also!
