after having a horrible experience at another hotel down the road we had checked into this lovely establishment!! all the staff were very friendly and helpful other than seeming a little worn out from a crazy pugsgiving! we were offered a room in the tower to view fireworks which was extremely romantic as it was my husband and i's honeymoon we felt so welcomed and the pool was so fantastic! I cannot wait to be back! definitely starting with this place!!

Good luck trying to get a refund. Good luck trying to even get a manager to return your phone call after leaving 3 messages on 3 different days, still no call from Jennifer. It’s a shame and frustrating. I wish I could recommend this hotel since it’s so close to theme parks, but with this experience I wouldn’t even bother.
This hotel is crap. Lola the hotel manager obviously needs to quit her job because she has zero interest in customer service or hospitality. Very rude and unprofessional instead of fixing an issue she would rather us leave the property since we aren’t happy with the 4 dirty and flea infested rooms that they kept switching us too. 447 is infested with fleas and they believe you can just vacuum them away.
