Failed to notify me they were closing. A simple call, text, or email would have been nice. On arrival they blamed Expedia. I know Coronavirus has caused closure, however they confirmed my reservation at 10:00 am on the phone.

Was clean but older. Did not like extension cords ran in the rm. Heard people at night but that was not a big deal. Considering one night was New Years Eve very secure place with guard booth to get in parking
The sink in the bathroom is chipped. I've seen 2 cockroaches in my sisters room. My other sisters refrigerator doesn't work (yes we have 3 rooms). When we call the front desk no one picks up. The front desk refused to give us extra towels and pillows. Yesterday we went to the hotel breakfast and Robin is horrible. She was so rude, unhelpful, YELLED at my father, and told EVERY table we had no class. Bobby the manager yelled at us when we complained about our service.
