We ended up staying for 4 nights and the only complaint was the pillow were way too soft for our liking. While we were gone, they would make the beds and and bring in fresh towels. Was a million times better than the hotel we stayed at earlier in the week.
Hotel is OK but customer service is the worst I have ever seen.... I had to pay 5 dollars for each package delivered to me and if you want a microwave, that's another 5.75 a day, I am staying here 10 days, I can go buy microwave cheaper!!!! Then manager tells me they are on the hotel business not package delivery business......
Hotel muy bien ubicado parar poder ir a los Parques de Disney, las habitaciones siempre limpias, pero demasiado olor a humedad, no pidan habitaciones en estacionamiento paguen mas para zona de alberca, la gente no respeta y hacen mucho ruido a su llegada. El desayuno buffet muy simple costo $200 no vale la pena, si estas 1 semana al tercer día te hartas de comer lo mismo, menores de 7 años no pagan desayuno. Mi estancia 5 días. NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE training & perks to make up 4 simple thing like having NO microwave oven in room that you HAVE to pay extra for. I wouldn't recommend NO one to stay here. Bathrooms NEED desperate upgrade & t.v. SERVICE��� DESPICABLE
Everyone very helpful smiling faces decent room restaurant and bar very nice
I love the environment it was very beautiful to swimming pools that was a plus my babe great friends there and there's steak house isn't too bad in a breakfast is awesome.
