Luv this place it’s so nice
Room not clean. Hair dryer not work. Had to move.
Have had problems ever since we arrived and the customer service is HORRIBLE!!!
I would recommend the hotel itself. from the front door concierge , registration, to the sales event coordinator, the banquet managers, the restaurant was awesome.
The hotel is huge plenty to do just in the hotel itself. Comfortable . I would return to this hotel on my next visit to Florida
