The rooms were okay until I entered the bathroom, it was completely rubbed down and had hairs in the tub not to mention the particles that came from the shower head. I couldn’t get myself to give my three kids a shower. Sadly never again will I be staying there.
This is my 6th year staying hear. The price is great, rooms are very clean, smell fresh, staff is friendly, grounds are clean, pools are clean. Linens are comfortable. Rooms are quiet...you dont hear your neighbors and it is a safe area with a security guard at entrance. Pet friendly is a big plus and very appreciated. We always enjoy our stay. On this stay, my a/c stopped working in the middle of the night, but they got me moved into another room no problem. We'll be back next year!
Had a reservation and checked in with no problem. I had a problem with my room key it was fixed immediately. The room was clean the staff was friendly and accommodating. And the price was just right. Will be back again next year for Pugsgiving!
Nasty, stayed here by judging the photos they post, they dont post any of the rooms like i stayed in. Ran down, dirty, cobwebs hanging from ceiling, mildew in shower, needs severe updating. Sheets were so worn there were holes in them.

My family and I stayed here a few.weeks ago. Awful! Twice our room key didn't work. Also, the rooms were filthy. Yep, not going back.. ever
Falta de segurança, roubaram meu Headset para PS4 no último dia da minha viagem e ninguém fez absolutamente nada!!! Além do yogurt!!! Além da sujeira, carpete imundo não permitindo andar descalça!! Não trocam o lençol!!! Simplesmente não recomendo!!
