The stay was ok but didn't like that they over charged me 148.00 and the tell me that it won't be back in my acct for 10-14 days when that was money that I was counting on for my vacation. Screwed up my trip. So other than that the rooms were ok .
When i arrival hotel,they didn't find my booking.They said was cancel by my agent,i have no idea,i can't contact the agent.So i need to pay 600USD for 6nights.It is far from disney,and everyday just 1 bus1205pm to magic kingdom and 2bus8pm/11pm back to hotel.2bus to Epcot and back.1bus to universal and sea world and return.However they have free wifi,that was good.The room is big,i feel comfortable.
Checked in with an excellent walk in rate (with coupon) even though I have Wyndham Rewards. Very convenient to all restaurants and Disney's Animal Kingdom is less than 2 miles away.
Good room, pools were great had 2 and staff was very helpful. .
Stayed here with my friends on a recent trip to Orlando. Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I always see where they 'hide' the worst reviews on this page. I'm sure mine will be hidden soon as well.
Bad service, rude staff, very loud. Would not recommend at all.
Horrible. Very loud, roaches in the bathroom and the rudest staff I've ever come across in a hotel. Avopid this dump or you'll be sorry!
Worst service ever! So hard to get a response or your issue resolved! Would never recommend this place to anyone!
The motel needs upgrading. The first room the bathroom was disgusting. The room smelled. After changing room it was a little better but not much better. Will not stay there again.
