Rooms have been remodel since the last visit. Always a good time here when we come for Festival of the Nile .
If you look at the website and see the pictures, you may not get what you see. We were placed in the back of the big nice building in rooms a step above a tent. There was a 2 inch crack under our door that led to the outside. The ac register was full of lint and hair and the room was from the 1960. Shame on you Wyndham for putting your name on such a deplorable place. I wouldn't stay here.

BEWARE EASILY THE WORST HOTEL IN THE AREA! THE MANAGEMENT HERE IS WORSE THAN USELESS AND DOES NOT KNOW A THING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND HAS NO PROBLEM LYING TO YOUR FACE TO AVOID COMPENSATION FOR THE HORRID SERVICE. FOOD IS OLD AND SPOILED AND MAKES GUESTS SICK BUT STILL THEY SELL IT. BASKETBALL COURT IS FALLING APART. BARELY ANYTHING IN THIS HOTEL WORKS. ROOMS ARE GROSS AND FALLING APART AS WELL. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, STOMACH AND HEALTH AND STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
Turn around and go somewhere else thats all i have to say
This hotel is run down and the staff seems miserable. The rooms leave a lot to be desired. The tub was peeling and stained up. When my son got in the tub for his bath he's 6 years old and made the comment "eww mom this tub is dirty, I'm not taking a bath in here". The hotel does not match anywhere near the price they charge if you don't get this room on special. The mattresses were hard as rocks, the ac didn't work well. The service at the restaurant was the only decent thing.
The absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I will never stay in another Ramada or anything affiliated with Ramada ever again. First of all, the rooms are God awful; dirty, smelly, and out of date. We were eaten alive by bugs in our room. Our car would have been a more preferable option to sleep in, and we had 6 people in our group. We had booked two rooms and they "forgot" to block it off in their system, so both of the rooms were given to other guests. This happened to us not only once, but TWICE. Moldy-Old nasty broken furniture, hair in frig and tub,dirty floors. Rust on old metal doors. Disgusting. Should not have the Ramada Label!!!! I will never stay at a Ramada anywhere after paying $115 for a night in this nasty dump
Única observação e que todos quartos tem carpete é muito anti-higiênico. Internet não funciona no quarto. Café da manhã não tem.
