Very nice place the room was clean my kids enjoy the pool...it's a mile from Disney World.. You have a lot of places to eat at this strip where the hotel is located.
Nice place as long as everything works and u don't care about customer service. I have stayed in better camp grounds.
Me my partner daughter and sister in law are staying here (September 5th to the 20th) Hotel room very basic but cleaned every day, pool area great and not too busy, staff very friendly an helpful, very good location for anyone using disney parks 5min drive and 15 min drive to universal, great restaurants near by, check out Buffalo Wild Wings cicis pizza and wild side steak house, great shopping at both premium outlets nearby
My time at Ramada was enjoyable. However, that has been quickly forgotten due to the lack of assistance on the phone while trying to find out what a charge on my credit card was for. Calling numerous times only to listen to the an automated message, be hung up on twice and be told by a machine to leave a message. Just one problem with that; I am a tourist, I do not have a phone that works here. To say I am appalled by this lack of customer service is an understatement.
I was so disappointed... I got stuck in the regular rooms in the back and did not stay in the tower. I had a dresser that was so warped from water damaged that the plywood was bursting out ... a garbage can that was busted and to top it all off we took a picture of a roach!!! When I went in to the customer service area and told them what we seen.... all they did was find us a room in the tower and charged us an additional 60.00 dollars!!! A great hotel. Very close to Disney and loads of shops and restaurants close by.
Stopped here when I went florida in 2011 great stay great food and very nice staff the rooms were great aslong as your not after some amazing 4-5 star hotel
Beautiful big building and hotel with great dining options. Lovely sun trap of a pool but we were in the bates motel structure at the back which let it down slightly... But 4/5 as a great location to start exploring the parks in Florida.
