The price was fair, the staff was helpful, the rooms were clean. Many things offered. Yeah, this is worth staying at.

Was referred by WESTGATE RESORT, worst hotel experience THUS FAR!! Not only was the room floors disgusting, but the drawers had things in them, sheets had a hole, pillows had streaks. I was CHARGED an extra 56$ to upgrade to another room to only have my new room be rented out to another guest and he walked in on. WESTGATE must have refunded me for the inconvenience and RAMADA took it upon themselves to lock me out and charge my card 345$ additional for my stay because i was "refunded" .. Clean and nice staff, but the wifi does not work and they say it's because there is too many people using it!!! But when you book they promisse free wifi. PS: I am here for almost a week and I could connect only for 5 minutes! :/
This is our third year here. In 3 years, we have stayed here over 200 days. Very happy with the service. Rooms are clean and most are newly renovated. Management is dedicated to a schedule of renovations and improvements that are clearly visible from year to year.

No stars horrible! To whom ever this may concern, I think this hotel & your manager Danny is garbage!!! What I thought was going to be a great vacation turned out to be a total nightmare staying at this hotel! When I checked in on 22nd woke up that morning my feet had maybe 7/8 bed bug bites as well as my 4 small children. They moved us to another room that was handicapped & it too had bed bugs as well! Nice staff, however the hotel, especially the rooms are in dire need of an update. The room had a mildew odor, the carpet was water-stained and dirty, and even though the maid put clean linens on the bed every day, the were old and had holes. The pillows need re-purchased as well. The toilet would run for about 10 seconds, every 20 minutes or so and the sink knob hadn't been cleaned in weeks, as soap scum had built up on it.
