Quick Quack car wash broke the windshield of my truck. I spent hours and hours trying to get someone to acknowledge the damage and NOT ONE representative of Quick Quack ever even attempted to fix the problem. My wife and I while in the car wash heard a loud noise when obviously there was a malfunction in the car wash equipment. This claim was denied because you did have a rock chip that spread into a crack during the wash due to the temperature extremes. The railing damaged my rim and tired 8/1/23 at the ******** Quick Quack car wash. The manager said he had to check out his equipment to assure thats what damaged my rim when the employee there clearly heard and seen the damage that was done because it was so loud. The manager did nothing to reassure the damages would be taken care of. He insisted the car wash never damages property. This place is a rip-off! I sold my car right before my membership renewed. I tried to cancel and it would not let me. It charged my card and when I called in to have the amount refunded to me as I sold the car, I was told they could not refund me. The reason because I have to give a 3 day notice. Are you serious?? What place can not issue a refund? It was just barely charged to my account and I no longer have the car, so the membership will not be used. I give ZERO stars!!!

Been a member for over 3 years and used it hundred of times. Recently, the Spring, ** ******* location, scratched my new Ram **** Blue and took an incident report and was suppose to reach out within 3 days. Day 7 I called and they said the store manager would call right away. 2 days later and finally get a call from an employee and she said, "We checked the film and there was no damage to the truck exiting the wash." I wish there was an option for less than 1 star. I hate to give them this because most of the workers at the car was are very friendly and helpful. When canceling your membership you have ****** it first how to cancel because on the ** app they don't have the way to cancel it. And there not gonna refund you if you cancel on the end date of your membership.

Ive had the quick quack membership on and off for years, this most recent time I signed up I did it because I was temporarily driving Uber to support my family.Well we were struggling financially and I wasnt able to make the payment at that time. I didnt read the fine print, I figured that theyd just cancel my membership, or at least pause the clock on my membership until I could make the payment.
