I went for a car wash today. At the **********. Location I thought I would try out the $19.00 monthly wash since the lady told me if I cancel their will be no cancelation fee. I look at my confirmation email and it says there will be a $5 cancelation fee If I cancel in 45 days .

After 45 days there is no fee. If you sign up for unlimited washes, they make it completely impossible to terminate the account. You will have to terminate your credit card if you decide to stop using their service. The customers service department is very nasty. I no longer have the credit card and they wont cancel the service without me providing the last 4 digits. I don't know them because I dont have the card anymore and the account number has been changed. Horrible car wash horrible customer service. I had to take my car through the wash two times and its still dirty. When I asked for a refund I was told that their system doesnt allow refundshow convenient for the company. I ended up taking my car to another car wash and paid less than got an amazing car wash and great customer service. I will never visit this car wash again or any other Quick Quack location again. This is the second time that this has happenedI shouldve never gone back again after my first bad car wash

Went to get a 30 day unlimited membership , they don’t want to accept cash , which I have been paying since 2017 . They finally agreed to take cash but in less than 5 minutes they said it was 35.99 then 36.99 then 39.99 but their signs still say 29.99 they have charged me 5.00 for paying cash but now they want to charge me 10.00 ? Also the shift manager ( Mikey ) was very rude when I asked about it . Richard K

We do offer another product - a 30-day pass which does not renew that you may use any form of payment to purchase. This is a different product with a different price - which is $10 more than the autopay membership.
