I would give company a zero. I tried reaching out to ******* many times about store leader and assistant store leaders doing meth on the property. I saw a man name ******* in the ************* location smoking out of a pipe which look to be meth I also so saw the sl and asl engaged in sexual behavior. Quick quack you should be ashamed yourselves

Quack had a promotional event for a new location. I signed up. I asked how to cancel the membership and they told me I had to come in person. The end of the month I cancelled the membership at the carwash. The attendant told me that my membership would end at the end of the next month. They had already charged mefor the next month. I just let it go and used the membership for the next month. 2 1/2 months later it came to my attention that I had continued to be charged a monthly fee. On 12/01/21, at the Quick Quack Car Wash on ********************************************* the conveyor system stopped with my Jeep Patriot halfway through the car washing process. While in a stationary position, the brushes continued to turn when I heard them slam against the mirrors sending them forward. I experienced inferior service at the Quick Quack on Lake Washington Blvd in West Sacramento. When I was driving into the car wash, the young female employee stopped giving directions and looked away from my car. I wasn't doing anything to the steering wheel because I thought that her not looking at what was happening meant that my car was going straight. Apparently, that was not the case. My horrible experience was not resolved. Ok no red or blue paint. The car that rear ended me hit my bumper pushing it up. Hard to notice during the headache I went through. My deductible is 500. Should I put in claim?No way.Management and owner were supposed to look at a video and honestly look what happened to tires of my truck. This company is a rip off... I used one of there Christmas car wash for a dollar this last December. Without any warning or labeling on the coupon they charged me $30 a month!! I tried to contact them, but without any luck they kept charging me. Eventually they finally answered and were only able to refund me of 3 months, with them still charging me $120 just for going to there car was once. When.. there car wash wasn't even good.. I drove into the car wash and was greeted by a woman who held up a card and asked simply "Which car wash would you like?". I pointed at the one I wanted, she looked around my car (I assumed this was to ensure no existing damage that they could be held liable for, which was reasonable, but apparently they were recording my license plate) and she happily took my credit card. Quick Quack in Pleasant Grove doesnt run a good business. I had a claim there. The leader over there did not even answer or return my calls. He just ignored me. I called customer service, one girl hung up on me. I am not of fan anymore. They dont care about the customers. I would watch out.
