I took my car to the quick quack carwash in Perris CA and while I was washing my car one of my headlights fell off and broke. We talked to the manager and he said he couldn't help us with that problem. We would like for quick quack carwash to have our head lights fixed.

Recently I went in to Quick Quack to get a wash and they were having a 50% off subscription savings for the holiday, so instead of getting a "basic" package, I stepped it up and got a "better" package thinking that I was making an informed decision. The attendant was pushing these 50% off savings on first month subscriptions and I did not ask for it, but decided to because it seemed like a good deal. I had bought my first brand new car so I brought it to the brand new car wash. My car isn't brand new anymore :-( the abrasive nature of this car wash and possibly too powerful of chemicals destroyed the entirety of my vehicle's paint. Every corner and all the sides. Management condescended me and made me feel like an idiot. Attempted to gaslight me into thinking it was my fault because of five different reasons that didn't even make sense. They wont cancel my membership! I called to cancel, gave them all the information they needed to cancel and was left under the impression that it had been canceled. Well they have continued to charge me monthly since that call.

Quick quack signed me up for the incorrect package and billed me for license plates that were not supposed to be on my account. When I tried to resolve the problem with them they refused to help me, so I called my credit card company to report the fraudulent activity. When quick quack sent a response to them it had an email address that was not mine, and a signature that was not mine. We visited the area and signed up for Quick Quack Car Wash. We were told we could reach out and cancel the service when we left the state. We called as well as sent a message through the website and had no response. We were charged for another month even though we are back in Oregon.We called the same day as the charge and let them know we are 11 hours away from the location and could not possibly use their services. A couple of months ago, I went to wash my car at opening time. They were late opening which wasn't a big deal. I decided to vacuum while the place opened. Next thing you know, the manager was basically scolding me for vacuuming before washing my car. He insisted, it was store policy to wash first. I looked around and did not see posting anywhere.
