Bought a car from them. Didn’t come with a spare tire nor the equipment to change a tire. Then had my car serviced there. They ran over something and flattened my tire. Then wanted to charge me to fix it.

Service was great during the sale process. But it's been far from satisfactory after the sale. The used vehicle had some issues that I was promised would be fixed. Well here it is 4 month, 7 trips to the dealer (I live an hour away), two sales managers and a lot of wasted time and half assed work later, and my truck still isn't right. Complete and utter incompetence. I drove over an hour to test a Shelby GT 350 that I was told was available to test drive. They then tell me I can't as it's too expensive, you guys aren't selling Ferraris! Or Ford GTs for that matter. MAGA indeed. Racist jerks.
Great service! I won't take my car anywhere else. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.
My experience with Richmond Ford West was awesome. Jeannine is great and did not pressure me into anything, but took her time to show me different vehicles that fit what I was looking for and in my price range. I enjoyed my experience.
