I had my car serviced and inspected on 11/27/15. They did a great job explaining what was done and future servicing needs. Chris Haynie was very professional. What I really like is the complimentary inspection because I purchased my vehicle from that location. I would definitely recommend Richmond Ford West to anyone!

Shopped around for a 350 dually and Richmond Ford West gave me the best price. When I went to order one they made it worth my while to upgrade to the King Ranch. What a truck! And, everyone at Richmond Ford West was fantastic. I'll be shopping across the river the next time I need a Ford.

They always do a great job on the service of my car, customer service, and explaining everything. I would have given the 5 stars but the car wash and clean was poorly executed. Windows were not done and bug remains all over the front of the car. They are also getting rid of their point program with no mention of replacement option. I liked to becausr it saved you a few dollars on your bill. I still highly recommend this Ford dealer.
