Richmond Ford West , you are awesome !!! I had a service need for my Mustang with a squealing noise from the hood. Kent Shockey from Richmond Ford was my service adviser. In the initial records, the issue was captured as a rattling noise. Kent was on top of the issue and made sure that he heard the right noise (He even imitated the sound over the phone !!! ) Eventually ended up replacing the whole transmission unit.
