A terrific experience again! My preventive maintenance was handled quickly and efficiently! RFW even waived the charge for my state inspection! Ford Tough!
We bought a 2013 Ford Fiesta from Richmond Ford West. We purchased the ESP and did all of the regularly scheduled maintenance at a Ford dealership. After less than 50,000 miles the engine suffers a catastrophic failure and FORD service technicians tried blaming the failure on a rock flying off the road and striking the drive belt resulting in the engine failure. Horrible service. Second time that my husband made an appointment for service and has had to wait too long. Why make an appointment when you end up sitting for hours for a simple oil change. Today the appointment was at 2 and he is still sitting there. So sad that horrible customer service causes the loss of a customer...
Chris and Tony were amazing. I had an electrical issue on my Ford Hybrid. I was here for a soccer tournament and afraid that my car would let me down on my way back to NJ. They were kind enough to replace my faulty battery and get me on my way to the soccer game in an hour. That's awesome customer service!
Chris Haynie is the best!!!!! I have always received awesome customer service, he never says I need something when I know I don't!!! He contacts me before putting parts on, and if he says my car will be ready at a certain time, it is!!!! My husband and I have never had a bad experience when dealing with Chris! He is the reason we have stayed with this shop! And why we brought our last two cars from there! Keep up the wonderful job Chris!
