I began working first with Stephanie in the Internet department. She was extremely professional and make sure to answer all my questions. Then Derrick from sales called me and offered to FaceTime with me to go over the car since I was driving a rather far distance. The manger here it’s rude! Brought my car and mess up the trim On my door and doesn’t want to fix it. Service manager it’s rude and speaks to you like your an idiot and clueless. Buying another car from y’all, not no more. I had plane buying a truck, but I will not no more. I was so upset I cry !
If you need service - beware. We made an online appointment to have Ford Explorer serviced on Tuesday. We dropped the car off Tuesday morning on and used the Key Drop service. At noon time, we had not heard from them so we called. We talked to four people only to find out that they had not looked at it. They said they were booked and could not get to it until next Tuesday. Last week I purchased a 2018 Mustang from Richmond Ford West and was very pleased with my experience. From the first call to see if the vehicle I was interested I was available to signing the paperwork this was the best car buying experience ever!!! Great communication, friendly faces, and all questions answered. I am so happy and can't recommend Richmond Ford West and my salesman Antoine enough!!!
