Recall on vinyl/leather peeling on side door panel. Had it repaired at Richmond Ford West, Richmond VA. They repaired with staples. The staples pulled loose. Repaired again but repair looked awful - service rep agreed and took photos. Attempted repair 3rd time. Still awful. Submitted photos to Ford and rep advised Ford approved replacement door panel and it would be received in a few days. Nothing happened. I've visited this dealer ship twice and each time was met by friendly and helpful staff. I had an appointment this morning for a recall and a state inspection. My vehicle was done in less than 45 minutes. Great service experience!
