November 18th was the coldest morning of the season and I woke up to no heat. *************************** and ***************** arrived within 2 hours of my call and definitely made things better. I have a new thermostat that accommodates my visual impairment and a thoroughly inspected furnace to start the winter. We had a weekend emergency, and called 6 plumbing teams. Quality First was the ONLY company that responded and had a technician to our 7th floor apartment within the quoted hour at 5:30pm. TJ, the technician stopped the flooding and then diagnosed what we needed. He returned during the week to replace all of the valves in the apartment (because to replace one valve, the entire buidling required the water be shutoff). Woke up this morning to a problem with the furnace. Our technician, *******, came out within two hours of our call, and fixed the problem. Super professional and friendly, he explained why, what, and when of the furnace and we are good to go! Highly recommend Quality First and ******* in particular.

October 2021:I recently used Quality First again to replace my main water line pressure regulator. Just like last time, they did a fantastic job. This time ***** and **** were my technicians. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The also did a plumbing inspection after the regulator replacement and found a few small items that needed to be fixed. Overall, very professional and I have to say I really trust this company.
