Quality First plumbing was able to send technicians Zach and ***** to our home very quickly after our call to clear a clogged kitchen drain. They were both very professional and courteous. The clog was cleared. Earlier last summer when I needed to have an outdoor hose spigot replaced and check another that was leaking. I called Quality 1st to get a second opinion. The company was recommended by my building manager They had ********** out to me within 2 hours - TJ and ***** who were very professional friendly and most importantly sorted my problem out quickly and to my total satisfaction I should also say thanks to ***** and ****** for their role in making things happen I will be recommending Quality 1st

Great guys who diagnosed the problem, fixed it and saved the homeowner a possible few grand in repair costs. I'd call them again any time a plumbing issue came up.

****** was amazing and he came right away when my leasing office called he made sure my cat was good and never got out very kind and made sure my stuff is working before he left over all really good guy

******* ******* ***** and ***** were friendly and professional. From the moment I called the project got rolling on fast course. The job was completed on the same day and included a few add-on features/services beyond the water tank replacement. Everyone worked hard to make sure the process ran smoothly from my first conversation with ******* to scheduling with ******, to the completion of the project with **** and then *****. I am extremely grateful for their dedication to doing a good job.

After trying to resolve an issue with my radiant heat multiple times directly with Quality First, I am unfortunately left with no other option than to leave a negative review. I hired Quality First to replace a zone valve in my condominium that was producing extremely loud knocking noises every 10 min in my hot water baseboard. These knocking noises were loud enough that I was receiving noise complaints from my upstairs/downstairs neighbors.
