This moring I woke up to my sump pump running. Never a good sign. I called Quality First after reading the reviews on BBB. They were able to send a plumber within 1-1/2 hour. Josh arrived and slipped on his shoe protectors to get to the crawl space. He explained every step as he went and assured me he'd find the problem. No apparent leak was evident so I agreed to the additional charge to check all my pipes inside and out. Called Quality First with a suspected water leak. Ray arrived on time and performed a thorough and professional inspection. He made some useful recommendations and left the work area clean and tidy. Very satisfied.

Quality First did an excellent job for us when we needed a toilet replacement. We expected to wait several days for a tech to arrive, but Emily had Brian and Josh at our home in just over an hour of my call to her. Their price was competitive with what we’d been quoted over a year ago. Brian and Josh were able to expertly install our new toilet the same afternoon. I called Q1SG after being told by another company that they weren't available for a repair call for 8 days. Q1SG had someone to me in 4 hours and my AC was fixed within the hour. Their technician Nate was professional, polite and he showed me everything he was doing and why! When Nate got my system back up and running it was late evening and the temperature in my home was 84 degrees and it was still in the 90's outside! Today Josh and Brendan installed my new air conditioner. They were pleasant, professional, and did great work in great time. All questions were answered. Today Nate and Trevor came out and trouble shot my air conditioning. They were very friendly, professional, and made me feel like I knew exactly what is going on. Unfortunately the air conditioner has to be replaced but I look forward to having them back out and replacing it. These guys were absolutely fantastic. While we were out of town, someone backed into our A/C and broke it on a Saturday. They came out first thing Monday morning and fixed everything perfectly (they would have come out sooner, but someone had to be present in the home and we could not physically be there). Nate and Trevor are who helped with our service. They were extremely kind and professional. Walked me through at the end everything that they had done and made sure I understood.
