Thank you ******* for such outstanding customer **********************! Due to a slipshod installation of a new dishwasher, we ended up with a leaking angle stop that was dripping on the inside of one of our kitchen cabinets. As a result, I had to shut off all water to the house late on a Wednesday night. Quality Firsts techs, ***** and ****, did an outstanding job of replacing my hot water heater and adding some valves. Besides being friendly and professional, they helped me get over the initial shock of the $3000 plus costs. It would have appreciated getting an idea of costs when making my appointment but was told the tech would explain.

Zach D and ***** * were great to work with. They completed the task quickly and explained everything that needed to be done. The lady on the phone (I cant remember her name, sorry) was very kind and helpful. She had Zach and ***** dispatched quickly.

***** was awesome and went above and beyond! He came in on a simple repair for a kiss of death on an old hot water heater, and with his immense breadth of knowledge was able to immediately trace the actual cause of the problem to the Pressure Reducing Valve for my house, which would have cause more significant issues over time had he not noticed! 1st Quality First Service is not a company that I would use again. Sent 2 technicians out due to a leak under my sink and replaced the disposal kit and p-trap for $450.00. Tried to sell me a Faucet for $1,100.00 I said no that was too expense. They said they took care of the leak below. They said to call when I get the faucet in and they would install it. The next day there was water under the sink and on the floor. I called another plumber and he put in a new faucet for a lot less. I am not sure the disposal and p-trap was ... read more

12-3-21 Has a leak at the main shut off valve to our home. We waited 1 month for Plumbline Services to come out because it was their first available. They cancelled on us the day of our appointment. I called Quality First and they were able to send someone out the next day. **** was respectful, and courteous. Explained everything and was very knowledgeable. Got the repair completed withing an hour.

**** is the best and knows my house well at this point. We bought a house that needed quite a bit of work and he has been helping us out for months on various projects. Today he came promptly on a Sunday of all days when the water heater broke and needed replacement. Thank you so much ****.

*************************, a master plumber, fixed our garbage disposal. He worked quickly and figured out the garbage disposals problem. The garbage disposal is running smoothly. ***** is professional and friendly and we enjoyed meeting him.
