I was quoted a very high price for a furnace fire damper repair and also charged for diagnostic check. I called another HVAC service they completed the job with no diagnostic charge for quarter of the price in one hour. I will not recommend this company to anyone because they are not trustworthy. This company informed me it would take at least seven weeks to order and change a simple furnace fire damper. This company also attempted to charge our building HOA again for the diagnostic check which we had already paid them.

*** and ***** were very professional and personable. It was a fairly big job repairing parts for my boiler. They answered all my questions in a way I could understand. I especially liked the Jays attention to detail and how he cleaned up when the job was done. I have use Quality First in the past and find they do a great job!

This is a great company and they care about their customers. I had a problem with my furnace system on several different days. Spoke with ***** and ****** over the phone and the customer ********************** was amazing and quick. **** and ***** came out to look at our water heater and while we found out we needed a new one they were great at showing what the problems were and explaining everything. They were both very professional and nice to work with. We will definitely call them again if we need anything in the future!
