Excellent, knowledgeable service by ***** and ******. Leaking temperature and pressure valve, rerouted the drain to the outside with copper pipe. Advised the installation of Scale RX system. The water heater was completely checked for proper operation prior to these gentleman leaving. Thank you-

*****, who answered the phone, and TJ, ***********, really helped us out. We had a bad plumbing leak outside and wanted it fixed that day. ***** dispatched TJ immediately, and TJ diagnosed the problem in minutes and had the issue fixed in about an hour. The price was fair. TJ answerd my questions and communicated with relevant information. I could not be more pleased. Will definately call Quality First in the future.
