I highly recommend Quality 1st! ******* called as my service experts were heading out to me, which was much appreciated! TJ and ***** were fantastic! I had a handful of items for them to work on. They fixed my toilet shut off valve (which wouldnt shut off), re-did my drain pipes to accommodate a shower instead of a tub, and fixed an issue that arose in real-time. Extremely pleasant folks to deal with. The plumbing service tech, ****, and customer ********************** **** ******** along with others with whom I spoke on the phone, were very polite and patient in answering questions and scheduling dates for my service. **** was especially helpful in answering questions and addressing concerns in a forthright, honest manner. The work looks to be of good quality, as well! Will definitely call this organization for future plumbing and heating issues.
