This past Friday I had ***** from Quality First out to fix a sewer blockage issue I had. First the good. They were rapid in arriving and communicative about the schedule. They diagnosed and fixed the problem with great zeal. They were straightforward in what they were doing and transparent in what they found. Now the bad. Really, this comes down to two things. I watched out for neighbors home for them and ***** did an awesome job clearing the plug in pipe lines that affected other condo units as well! He answered my questions And did very professional job and explained things so I could learn as a Condo owner myself!BH

Very professional. My unit was old and they helped me realize I needed a new unit. They were not high pressure at all. They asked my needs and helped me pick a unit tailored to my needs. The pricing was high, but the last time I had any plumbing done, the prices in general for plumbers was higher than what a surgeon might charge for some services. I wonder though, why *** S's review below says he wasn't charged a "tripcharge" for the estimate. I WAS charged and it was $10.00 higher than another company I had an appointment with, but I had cancelled the other appointment because I wanted Quality to do the work since the ****** had no complaints o... read more
