We came home from camping to a flooded basement. We were told the first available rep was not available until 10 am the following day. ***** came and fixed everything. Things are better than the first install. And he explained what he did before he left. We are so appreciative!
***************** did an amazing job getting our house ready for us to move in. He was very friendly and professional! We will definitely continue to use Quality First!
Quality First is a reliable company to deal with. ***** and ****** were on time and checked my furnace for winter use. They explained what they ************** suggestions for improvements to my system. They were courteous and professional.
No matter who comes out to help us I feel that were in good hands. This last visit was to assess the condition of our pipes. ***** and **** were very professional and ***** did a great job at coordinating our schedules.
I had a new furnace installed on October 8th, 2022. The whole process, from *****' visit to talk to me about choices to the actual installation was great. Even though the supply chain issue raised its ugly head, Quality 1st came through for me -- as they always do. Had to have my garbage disposal replaced. Have used Quality 1st for other things, always do a great job, professional, efficient, clean up any messes made. **** and **** thank you for a job well done.
On Sept 27, 2022, I contacted Quality 1st Plumbing regarding a faulty thermostat on my hot water heater. The dispatcher, ***********************, took my information and within 30 minutes, a technician was at my front door. *************************, the technician,immediately assessed the situation, gave me my options and presented the estimated costs promptly. I had a leak that was causing decent damage and was recommended Quality First from the property maintenance person. ***** and ****** were able to get **** and **** out to my place the next day and it was fixed within 2 hours. I was very impressed with the response time and fast and professional nature of the repair. Definitively would recommend.
Very good service (annual furnace check up and service) from ***** and ******; also explained rationale for all that was done, and any needed changes/adjustments made. ***** (CSR) and ****** (Dispatch) also deserve 5 Stars for their scheduling of services, followup communications, and courtesy.
