Terrible company. My kitchen faucet stopped working. Called on a Friday and was told they would come on Saturday between 4-6. Never made it, and they told me they'd come on Monday at 11. Finally showed up at 3:00 on Monday. Technician told me faucet needed to be replaced, and that he had faucets in his truck. He showed me the options on his i-pad, and the least expensive one was over $1000 installed. I told him I could buy a comparable one for $100 at *********** so absolutely not. Service wonderful but price is exorbitant I let him go ahead and do the work because I had a slow leak, but $645 to replace a shut off valve is twice what I shouldve paid.
***** and ****** did a fine job of evaluating our furnace situation. They alerted us to some needs without exerting undue pressure or manipulation. I appreciate that.
Met **** at the gas station one morning asked for a business card called office to have **** come out and give me a price to run a gas line for our dryer, **** came out gave us a price and we scheduled it for 2 days later, he came out ran new gas line pressure tested and cleaned up any mess that was made **** did a great job and now my wife is happy to have her gas dryer. ***** and ****** called and let me know we were on schedule and when **** was gonna arrive very happy with work and commutation from all involved.
