I have used Quality First multiple times over the last two years. Everyone from initial contact to completion of the jobs have been top quality. They are efficient, professional, friendly, and always answer all my questions. I would have them back anytime for any problem I might have.

Quality 1st lives up to its name. I have had 3 projects: shower valve replacement; stems replacement in a small shower; and a toilet flush system. Every plumber did an outstanding job. I worked most with ****** and ******. They were a proficient and great team. They did a beautiful job. I have found Quality 1st to be my dependable plumber from now on. I live in a high rise condo and theyre the best.

Our second time with Quality 1st. First time they had to resolve a wiring issue for our Aprilaire humidifier with a new furnace install from another vendor. Fixed the issue promptly! This time was to make sure the humidifier system was working properly and ready for the upcoming winter season. All ready to go! Their tech's know what they're doing. Will always call Quality 1st FIRST.**********

****** had a difficult job with removing a lodged teaspoon deep beyond my toilet bowl. He successfully got the job done and I was relieved that he saved my toilet. He replaced the wax ring, customized the bolts that secure the toilet to the floor, replaced the toilet connector, explained how to make my toilet use less water, and was very thorough from start to finish. My first time working with Quality First ************* and I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Quality 1st Plumbing Repair has done a few jobs for us the past seven months. Although they are a bit pricy, they do excellent work because they have technically skilled professionals. We have dealt primarily with ****** and his crew, and would recommend asking for them. They are generally very, very clean, although Ive had to do some follow up clean up work, especially if they have been working in the sewer line.
