We have always used the same plumbing service but, after repeated redos of jobs done and unrealistic pricing, we decided to make a change. We called Quality First based on some of the reviews we have seen and were not disappointed. ****** and **** came on time, assessed the situation, gave us a few options and let us decide what was best for us, considering our budget. I was very happy.I also recommend their membership plan. That has saved me a lot of expense. The company lives up to its name. I highly recommend them.
We had a plumbing pipe leak. ***** worked on the leak. He was very professional, very calm, and a nice guy. He was an amazing plumber. He worked very hard and was very efficient. He knew what he was doing. He was respectful. ***** is the man and I recommend him to anyone for any plumbing issues.

We have an older home which often requires plumbing repairs. No one looks forward to these expenses, but our experiences with Quality First over the last decade assures us that we will always receive professional work and good value for our money. Most recently our icemaker developed a leak and my efforts to shut off the water supply resulted in two valve failures so that we were actually having to bail water. I am very happy with Chris who worked on our plumbing today. He worked long hours because of emergencies that came up and was very professional. When he came in he put covers on his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt in, same with the equipment he had to haul in. Covers on the wheels and such. He fixed the problem in a timely matter and we are very happy with the result and very thankful.
Great service and very prompt. Had a leaking water heater and they came within in 2 hours. **** did a great job explaining the problem and fixing it. Ive used Quality First before and will definitely use them again.!!
I have used QF for several years. Staff has always been professional, high quality and honest. Work is very thorough. Prices are fair.
