***** was the service expert that came to find a leak that was soaking my carpet for 5 days. He took his time to check everything and explain what he was doing. He found the leak and let me know what he needed to do and fixed it. Very courteous and very professional. Job well done!! Thank you

***** at Quality First was incredible! He was on time, answered all of our questions with a great amount of knowledge, and was thorough in his assessment and fixing of our issues.
It's a long story and I won't go into all the details, but due to an extremely poor diagnosis of a leak in the ceiling of the unit below ours, we ended up cutting holes in our bathroom drywall to repair a t-joint running off our bathroom vanity only to have the major cause of the leak not be identified (it was a pinhole in a water line far away from the drain that was identified) leading to a continued leak into the ceiling of the unit below. ****** just left my home after fixing a clogged pipe. ****** was amazing!! Very respectful and answered every question thrown at him. He was extremely thorough and made sure it was done right the first time. Im sure I was his last job for the day and after being from one end of town to the next during the day, treated me and my home as if I was the first. Great young man with a great future!!
